Pacific Trust Mortgage was founded in 2002 by Chad Van Til who began his career as a loan originator in 1994. Chad serves as the President and oversees the growth, philosophy, and strategic direction of the company. In addition, Chad is the managing Principal of San Luis Capital which specializes in private lending, equity partnerships and real estate development.
Chad is a graduate from the University of Southern California and lives in San Luis Obispo where his four boys were born and raised.
